1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using mottscreekinn.net (the “Site”) and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our other posted policies, including our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, and Shipping Information. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Mottscreekinn provides premium streetwear and accessories, including authenticated Godspeed New York items. Mottscreekinn is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Godspeed New York or any other brand unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from the Site.
• When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Product Information

• We strive for accuracy in product titles, descriptions, pricing, photos, sizing guidance, and availability. Minor variations in color may occur due to device displays and natural manufacturing differences.
• Limited releases and vintage or deadstock items may show subtle variations that are consistent with the product’s nature.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions without prior notice.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Duties

• Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice.
• Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.

5. Orders, Payments & Verification

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.
• We accept major payment methods as displayed at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.
• To protect our customers, we may request identity or payment verification, or require shipment to the billing address.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Processing times may extend during high-volume periods or for limited releases.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays are outside our control.

7. Risk of Loss

All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If available, shipping insurance may be offered at checkout.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

• Our current return window, eligibility requirements, and instructions are detailed in our Refund & Returns Policy.
• Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging intact. Certain items (e.g., final sale, limited releases, undergarments) may be non-returnable.
• Orders may be canceled prior to fulfillment; once shipped, standard return procedures apply.

9. Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

• Pre-order shipping windows are estimated and subject to change. You will be notified of material delays.
• Quantities are limited. Multiple-order limits per customer or household may apply.

10. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards

• Promotional codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated and are valid for a limited time.
• Discounts exclude taxes, shipping, and restricted products unless specified.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and are redeemable only on the Site, subject to applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

• The Site and its content (including text, graphics, logos, images, and code) are owned by or licensed to Mottscreekinn and are protected by intellectual property laws.

• You and Mottscreekinn agree to arbitrate on an individual basis only. Class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted.
• Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.

20. Suspension & Termination
