Order Processing

  • Processing time is typically 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST begin processing the next business day.
  • During peak drops or sitewide promos, please allow an extra 1–2 days.
  • Pre-order items ship within the window displayed on the product page. Orders with in‑stock and pre‑order items may ship separately.

Tracking & Notifications

  • Tracking is emailed as soon as your Godspeed hoodie or streetwear order is scanned by the carrier.
  • Allow 24 hours for the first tracking update to appear on the carrier’s site.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • International shipments may be subject to duties, VAT, and brokerage fees assessed by your country. These are not included at checkout unless explicitly shown.
  • Refusal of delivery due to unpaid duties may result in return-to-sender fees deducted from any refund.

Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO are shipped via USPS only; Express options may be unavailable.
  • We cannot ship to countries under current U.S. trade restrictions or where carriers have suspended service.
  • Hazardous materials are not sold or shipped.

Address Changes & Order Edits

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number.
  • Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to modify the address. Carrier intercepts, if available, may incur a fee.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t have the package, wait 24–48 hours and check with neighbors or building management.
  • Report missing or damaged items within 7 days of the delivery scan and include photos of the packaging and contents.
  • We’ll assist with a carrier investigation and resolution. Packages marked “Delivered” are not always eligible for replacement or refund pending the carrier’s findings.

When will my Godspeed zip-up or hoodie order ship?
Most in‑stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as the carrier picks up your package.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes—free Standard shipping on U.S. orders $99+ (subtotal after discounts, before tax). Expedited and Express options are available at an additional cost.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
If you place multiple orders close together, reach out quickly with both order numbers. If processing hasn’t begun, we’ll attempt to combine shipments.
Will international orders be charged duties or VAT?
Many countries assess duties/VAT on arrival. These fees are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise shown at checkout.
What carriers do you use?
We ship with USPS, UPS, and DHL based on service level, destination, and the size/weight of your package.
My tracking hasn’t updated—what should I do?
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update. If there’s no movement after 3 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
