Eligibility

    - Return for refund within 14 days of delivery - Exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery (subject to stock) - Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of odors or stains - All original tags and packaging must be included - Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required

Non‑Returnable Items

    - Final sale or clearance items - Gift cards - Face masks, underwear, and socks - Personalized or custom items - Items returned with excessive wear, odors, pet hair, or damage

How to Start a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, items, and reason.
  2. Wait for an RMA and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
  3. Pack securely. Include all tags and the RMA inside the package.
  4. Ship with a trackable service. Keep your tracking number until processed.

Note: Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless we made an error.

Exchanges

We’ll gladly exchange the same style for a different size or color when stock is available.

    - First domestic exchange ships free - If your item is out of stock, we can issue store credit or a refund per eligibility - International exchanges are handled as a return + new purchase

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If there’s an issue with quality or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

    - Include photos of the issue and the packing slip - We will cover return shipping for verified issues - Items must be in unworn condition unless the defect is discovered after trying on

Refunds & Processing Time

    - Once your return is delivered to us, allow 2–3 business days for inspection - Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days - Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit - Partial refunds may apply if items are missing tags, packaging, or show signs of wear

Return Shipping Costs

    - Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we made an error - Use a trackable service; we are not responsible for lost returns without proof of delivery - Original shipping fees are non‑refundable

International Orders

    - International customers cover return shipping and any import fees - Duties and taxes paid are not refundable by Mottscreekinn; check with your local customs office - Mark the parcel “Returned Goods” to help avoid extra customs fees

Cancellations & Order Changes

    - We can edit or cancel orders within 1 hour of purchase during business hours - Once an order is packed or shipped, we cannot guarantee changes - Pre‑orders can be cancelled before shipment; payment processor fees may be non‑refundable in some cases

Gifts, Bundles & Promotions

    - Gift returns require the order number; refunds go to the original purchaser or store credit to the recipient - For bundles or BOGO promos, partial returns will be prorated to reflect the promotion - Free gifts with purchase must be returned unused if the qualifying item is returned

Limited Drops & Pre‑Orders

    - Return windows begin on the day your order is delivered - Due to limited nature, direct exchanges depend on stock availability - If the item is sold out, we will offer store credit or a refund per eligibility
